iQOO Neo 11 Ultra full specs revealed ahead of August 18 launch

The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra is just days away from its official debut in China, and details about the upcoming smartphone are already coming into view. The phone is scheduled to launch on August 18, with its full specifications appearing prematurely in China Telecom’s database ahead of the event. Here’s a look at what the phone will offer.

The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra is listed with a 6.83-inch 2K OLED display. Powering the phone is a new variant of MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500M chipset, which reportedly features one fewer GPU core, as per a recent Geekbench listing. Its model number is listed as MT6993M. The chipset is paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The listed configurations include 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+256GB, and 16GB+512GB.

A 9,100mAh battery sits inside the phone and supports more than 100W wired charging. The rear camera setup consists of a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilization and an 8MP secondary camera. A 16MP sensor handles selfies and video calls.

The Neo 11 Ultra also features a metal middle frame with either a glass or fiberglass rear panel, depending on the variant. Other hardware includes an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, an X-axis linear motor, and a high-level water-resistance rating. It measures 163.42 x 75.88 x 8.6mm and weighs 225 grams. The device will be available in three finishes: Light White, Shadow Black and Wind Chaser.
