Acer is making a fresh entry into the Indian smartphone market with the Acerone Liquid S162E4 and Liquid S272E4. These devices have surfaced on the Acerpure website, showcasing their designs and key specifications.
Acerone Liquid S162E4 specifications
The Acerone Liquid S162E4 features a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 processor, paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. A 5,000mAh battery keeps the device running, and Android 14 handles the software.
The rear camera setup includes a 16MP primary sensor and a 0.08MP secondary sensor, while the front gets a 5MP selfie camera. The phone supports dual-SIM 4G, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. It measures 165.4 x 76.9 x 8.95mm and weighs 179g.

The Acerone Liquid S272E4 offers a 6.7-inch HD+ LCD display with 350 nits of peak brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Under the hood, it runs on the MediaTek Helio G36 processor, coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage.
The camera setup consists of a 20MP primary sensor and a 0.3MP secondary sensor, while the front houses a 5MP shooter. Like its sibling, this model also packs a 5,000mAh battery and runs on Android 14. It weighs 200g, measures 171 x 78.6 x 8.9mm, and includes dual-SIM 4G, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, Wi-Fi, and USB Type-C connectivity.
These new Acer smartphones are being introduced in partnership with Indkal Technologies, a Bengaluru-based company that holds the rights to design, manufacture, and distribute Acer-branded mobile devices in India. Indkal has been handling Acer’s home appliances since 2021 and recently secured $36 million in funding to expand its manufacturing operations. The Acerone series is expected to cater to the Rs 15,000 – Rs 50,000 price segment, targeting a wide range of consumers.
