Realme has started teasing the arrival of the Realme 16 in Vietnam, and it is likely that the smartphone is likely to debut on February 2. Ahead of the launch, the device has been found prematurely listed on a Vietnamese retailer platform, revealing all its specifications and design.
Realme 16 specifications

At the front, the Realme 16 features a 6.57-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel supports a peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits and is protected by AGC DT-Star D+ shield glass. Powering the device is the Dimensity 6400 Turbo chipset, paired with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. A microSD card slot is also present for storage expansion.
The smartphone packs a sizeable 7,000mAh battery, supported by 60W fast charging. On the software side, it runs Android 16 with Realme UI 7 on top. In terms of photography, the Realme 16 comes with a 50MP front camera for selfies and video calls. The rear camera setup consists of a 50MP primary sensor paired with a 2MP secondary lens.
For security, the phone includes an in-screen fingerprint scanner. Connectivity options include NFC, an IR blaster, and standard wireless features. It also places a strong emphasis on durability, offering IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance. Despite this, it maintains a slim profile of 8.1mm and weighs 183 grams.
Realme 16 variants and color options
The Realme 16 will be available in two memory variants: 8GB RAM with 256GB storage and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage. It is confirmed to launch in Air Black and Air White color options. As of now, there is no information regarding the pricing of the device.
