HTC is rumored to be working on a new mid-range device that seems to be codenamed as HTC Ocean Life. The HTC U11 flagship phone was codenamed as HTC Ocean. The information on the HTC Ocean Life has been revealed by leakster @LlabTooFeR who is well-known for spilling information on HTC devices before their release.
According to the tweets from the leakster, the HTC Ocean Life will come with Edge Sense support like the HTC U11. It indicates that the sides of the Ocean Life will be embedded with pressure-sensitive sensors that can respond to different levels of pressure. It will be featuring a 5.2-inch screen that will support a full HD resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels.
It will be the first Snapdragon 660 chipset driven phone from the Taiwanese company. Its rear camera will be of 16-megapixel and it will be featuring a frontal shooter of 16-megapixel. It will be running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat overlaid with Sense 9.0 UI. Some of its other features include v5.0 Bluetooth, HTC USonic audio capabilities and 2,600mAh capacity battery.
