iQOO, the subsidiary of Vivo, is reportedly working on the iQOO Z8 series, which is reportedly set to debut later this August in the Chinese market. Leaked information from Geekbench has shed light on the key specifications of two eagerly anticipated models: the Vivo V2314A, likely the iQOO Z8, and the iQOO Z8x (model number V2312A).
The Vivo V2314A, speculated to be the iQOO Z8, is anticipated to house a robust Dimensity 8200 (MT6895) chipset, ensuring powerful processing capabilities and seamless 5G connectivity. Complementing this prowess is an ample 12GB of RAM, facilitating smooth multitasking and rapid app launches. It will run on the Android 13 platform, which will have a layer of OriginOS 3.0 on top. According to rumors, it will feature LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
In tandem with the iQOO Z8, its counterpart, the iQOO Z8x, is poised to impress. Although details remain under wraps, leaked Geekbench information points towards a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor, 8GB of RAM, and Android 13.
As per other reports, both models are expected to feature a 120Hz LCD panel. Battery endurance and charging capabilities are also set to be significant highlights. According to reports, the iQOO Z8 has a 5000mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging. On the other hand, the iQOO Z8x will house a substantial 6000mAh battery paired with 80W charging.
