According to a recent Counterpoint Research Report, Nothing experienced an unprecedented 577% year-on-year growth in 2024. This remarkable performance was driven by the success of the Phone (2a) series and its sub-brand, CMF by Nothing, solidifying the company’s position as a dynamic industry player. Anticipation Builds for the Phone (3a) Series
Building on its success, Nothing has announced the upcoming launch of the Phone (3a) series on March 4, 2025. Leaked specifications suggest that the Phone (3a) will feature a 6.8-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC. The device is expected to boast a triple rear camera setup, including a 50MP main camera, a 50MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, and an 8 MP ultrawide sensor. Additionally, a 32 MP front-facing camera is anticipated for high-quality selfies.
The Phone (3a) is rumored to come with either 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage or 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, supported by a 5,000 mAh battery with 45W fast wired charging. It will run on Nothing OS 3.1, based on Android 15, and retain the distinctive Glyph lighting on the back.
