Realme has launched the Realme C53 in India, adding another budget-friendly smartphone to its lineup. The new C-series smartphone is equipped with a dual rear camera system, featuring an impressive 108-megapixel primary sensor. The device boasts a waterdrop-style notch display with a smooth 90Hz refresh rate and offers a generous 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The Realme C53 comes in configurations of up to 6GB of RAM and a maximum of 128GB of internal storage. Additionally, Realme’s Dynamic RAM feature allows users to virtually expand the onboard memory up to 12GB.

In terms of specifications, the Realme C53 features a 6.74-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 90.3 percent screen-to-body ratio, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and 560 nits of brightness. It is powered by an unnamed octa-core 12nm chipset with a peak frequency of 1.82GHz and is coupled with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and ARM Mali-G57 GPU. The smartphone offers expandable onboard storage of up to 128GB via a microSD card (up to 2TB).
For photography, the device includes a 108-megapixel AI-backed primary sensor on the rear, making it the first smartphone in its segment to offer such a high-resolution camera. On the front, there is an 8-megapixel selfie camera.
The Realme C53 provides various connectivity options, including 4G, GPS/AGPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. The device also comes with an accelerometer, magnetic sensor, light sensor, gyroscope, and proximity sensor as onboard sensors.
Realme C53 price in India
The price for the Realme C53 starts at Rs. 9,999 for the base variant with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage, while the top-end model with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage is priced at Rs. 10,999. The smartphone comes in two color options, namely Champion Golden and Champion Black. It will be available for purchase starting from July 26th at 12:00 pm IST on Realme.com and Flipkart. Realme is also offering an early bird sale from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm IST, where customers using ICICI, SBI, and HDFC credit cards can avail of a Rs. 500 discount.
