The Redmi Note 17 series is scheduled to launch in China on July 14, and new leaks continue to paint a clearer picture of the upcoming lineup. While the Redmi Note 17 Pro has appeared on Geekbench several times, confirming the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset, the standard Redmi Note 17 has remained a mystery. Now, an image circulating on Chinese social media appears to reveal the phone’s key specifications, including the processor that will power it.

The leaked retail display card suggests that the Redmi Note 17 will feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 chipset. It also mentions a 7-inch OLED display with up to 1,800 nits peak brightness and eye protection features.
The phone is tipped to pack an 8,000mAh battery with a rated capacity of 7,850mAh. The card further indicates support for 45W fast charging and 22.5W wired reverse charging.
The same image also points to a premium build with a metal frame and reinforced glass protection. Other highlights include an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance, stereo speakers with up to 200 percent volume mode, and a new AI-powered camera mode.
Previous reports have also revealed that the Redmi Note 17 will feature a 50-megapixel primary rear camera. The image has no information about its front camera, RAM and storage capacities.
