Redmi’s upcoming smartphone, the K60 Ultra, has received certification and is expected to be released next month. It is reported that the K60 Ultra will feature the powerful Dimensity 9200+ processor, making it one of the highest-performing devices in the Redmi lineup. There will be a variant with 16GB of memory, further enhancing its performance capabilities.
In addition to its impressive performance, the K60 Ultra will come with a 120W super flash charge, allowing for rapid charging in just 20 minutes. The device will sport a 6.7-inch 1.5K straight screen with a 144Hz refresh rate. Notably, the plastic bracket will be eliminated, resulting in an improved overall texture and visual effect.
The K60 Ultra belongs to Redmi’s Ultra (Extreme Edition) series, which is considered a separate product line rather than a direct derivative of the K series. While the K60 Ultra and the K60 series may have different configurations, they share some features with the previous generation K50 Extreme Edition, such as the 1.5K direct screen and 120W fast charging.
Regarding pricing, the K60 Ultra is expected to be priced at around 2999 yuan, similar to the previous generation’s positioning. It’s worth noting that these details are based on reports and official specifications may differ when the device is officially announced.
