Instead of 1GB RAM in Samsung S2, S3 will have 2GB RAM. Though the design of Samsung Galaxy S3 will be similar to Galaxy S2 in terms of build, design, the hardware home button will become slimmer and the replaced by Samsung logo.

Though no word has come out officially about the release date, unofficial sources say that Samsung wants to release their phone along with the release of iPhone 5. The release of the phone will first be in USA
There isn’t any official word from Samsung about the release date, availability and pricing of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S3 smartphone. However, reports state that it would be ready for release in mid-2012 along with the release of the iPhone 5.
