Earlier today, the alleged Samsung Galaxy S8 Lite smartphone featuring the unannounced Snapdragon 840 chipset had appeared. It carried a model number of SM-G9600. Now, a new listing of another Samsung smartphone with model number SM-G9650.

Early rumors have stated that the Samsung Galaxy S9 would be fueled by Snapdragon 845 chipset. The model number of Samsung Galaxy S8 is SM-G9550. The Samsung smartphone that has appeared on Geekbench has a model number of SM-G9650. It is driven by sdm845 chipset which is probably the Snapdragon 845 chipset. These things suggest that it may be the Samsung Galaxy S9.
According to Geekbench listing sdm845 chipset features quad-core processor that is working at 1.78 GHz. The SoC is supported by 4 GB of RAM and the phone is running on Android 7.1.2 Nougat. On single-core test, it has scored 1819 and on multi-core test, it has scored 4494. The Geekbench scores recorded by this smartphone is not impressive. However, it does seem that the South Korean company may be testing the Galaxy S9 flagship that will debut in the first quarter of 2018.
