Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 specifications
Just by looking at the rear end of this device, fans can easily spot one of the major upgrades it comes with. This has to do with the relatively large 3.4-inch Super AMOLED cover display on the new Galaxy Z Flip 5. Coming to its folding screen, this device uses a 6.7-inch Foldable Dynamic AMOLED 2x display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate.
On the back of this device, just above the outer screen, sits a dual rear camera setup. This setup houses two 12MP camera sensors, one wide and one ultrawide. Unfolding the device will reveal the 10MP selfie camera that sits in the centre cutout at the top of the folding screen.
When it comes to performance, the new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 uses the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. Joining this processor is 8GB RAM as standard and up to 512GB worth of storage capacity. There are AKG-tuned stereo speakers on this device to help improve audio quality. The device is powered by a 3700mAh battery capacity that supports 25W wired charging, 15W wireless, and 4.5W wireless reverse charging.
For its software features, this foldable device runs on Android 13 with One UI 5.1.1 software out of the box. The fingerprint sensor on this device sits on the side frame just below the volume rockers. Underneath the device are the charging and speakers ports.

Pre-orders for this device are currently open via Samsung’s official online store. Buyers can make their purchase by choosing between two storage configurations. The available storage configurations are 256GB and 512GB with 8GB RAM as standard.
Samsung also provides various colour options for this device, giving users a choice to suit their style. The available colour options are, Mint, Graphite, Cream, Lavender, Gray, Blue, Green, and Yellow. Prices for this device will vary based on the storage configuration, with the base option starting at $1300 and the 512GB option coming in at $1500.
