Vivo appears to be moving closer to launching the Vivo X200T, as the smartphone has now received Bluetooth SIG certification. The listing confirms the device’s name and connectivity standard, suggesting launch preparations are progressing steadily.

The Vivo X200T has been listed on the Bluetooth SIG database, revealing its model number as V2561. While the Bluetooth SIG entry does not disclose hardware specifications, it suggests that the launch could be around a month away. As per a recent leak, it may launch by the end of this month in India.

It is speculated that the Vivo X200T could be a rebranded version of the Vivo X200s, which debuted in China in April 2025. If this turns out to be accurate, the X200T may arrive with a 6.67-inch flat OLED BOE Q10 display offering a 1.5K resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 4500 nits peak brightness, and 2160Hz PWM dimming.
Under the hood, the phone is expected to feature the Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset, paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. Power could come from a 6,200mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.
Camera hardware may include a 32MP front shooter and a triple rear setup comprising a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS.
The device is also expected to run Android 16 with OriginOS 6, feature an ultrasonic in screen fingerprint sensor, dual speakers, Wi Fi 7, NFC, IR blaster, and an IP68 and IP69 rated body. More clarity should emerge as the launch draws nearer.
