An upcoming Redmi phone with model number 2411DRN47C has received approval from the TENAA certification platform in China. This device was identified as the Redmi 14C 5G in the IMEI database back in June. Here’s a look at the specifications revealed through the TENAA listing.
Redmi 14C 5G specifications (rumored)
The Redmi 14C 5G is expected to feature a 6.88-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 720 x 1640 pixels. It will be powered by a 2.36GHz octa-core chip, though the exact name of the chip remains unknown.
The device will offer various RAM and storage options for the Chinese market, including 4GB, 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB RAM, along with 64GB, 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage capacities. A substantial 5,060mAh (rated value) battery will power the phone, although details about its charging capabilities are not yet available.
In terms of photography, the Redmi 14C 5G will come equipped with a 5MP front camera and a dual rear camera setup featuring a 13MP main sensor and a 0.08MP secondary sensor. Additional features of the device include a side-facing fingerprint sensor, a microSD card slot, and an IR blaster.
The 14C 5G is expected to come preloaded with HyperOS-based Android. The phone’s dimensions are listed as 171.88 x 77.78 x 8.3mm, and it weighs 212.3 grams. Despite housing a regular-sized battery, the device’s thickness is notable, potentially due to a glass back.
Could be based on Redmi 14C 5G
Currently, images of the phone have not yet appeared in TENAA’s database, but they are anticipated to surface soon. The specifications indicate that the Redmi 14C 5G might be identical to the Redmi 14R 5G, which was launched earlier this month in China. Hence, it appears that the 14C could be powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 and a 5,160mAh battery with 18W charging support.
For reference, the Redmi 13C 5G and Redmi 13R 5G, released in December 2023, were also identical, both offering a 4GB+128GB configuration with additional options like 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB available for the 13C model.
